Battleship

Battleship is a time-honored strategy game where two opponents compete to eliminate each other's naval fleet. Each player covertly arranges their ships on a grid, and the players take turns calling out grid coordinates in an attempt to locate and sink the adversary's vessels. The first player to destroy all of the enemy's ships emerges victorious. The game challenges players' strategic thinking, memory recall, and fortune.

Setup: Arrange your fleet of ships on your concealed grid. Ships may be positioned horizontally, vertically, but not diagonally.
Play: Alternate turns with your opponent in calling out grid coordinates (e.g., B5) to attempt to hit each other's ships.
Hits and Misses: Mark successful hits and missed shots on your tracking grid. A hit indicates that a portion of a ship has been located at that coordinate; a miss means no ship is present.
Winning: The game continues until one player sinks all of the opposing player's ships.
